£18,000.00 – £25,000.00 Basic + Commission + Mobile | OTE c£35,000.00 – £40,000.00

Agile Search are on the lookout for a Researcher / Resourcer to join a
leading, independently owned recruitment agency, specialising in temporary
labour hire for the construction industry.


Our client specialises in Construction, Rail, Engineering as well as other
markets, so by joining you will become part of a successful team and will
contribute to their ongoing success.

The primary function for the Resourcer is to source and directly manage the
candidate relationship. You’ll be expected to promote a positive presence in
the industry, representing Agile to an exceptional standard, whilst keeping up
to date with market trends.


The Resourcer will take responsibility for:

  • Sourcing suitably qualified temporary trades and labour staff for the
    construction industry

  • Negotiating rates of pay with temps
  • Ensuring temps have the right to work, relevant and up-to-date certifications,
    plus issuing any safety equipment, as required

  • Shortlisting suitable candidates to client job openings
  • Generating candidates through methods of candidate attraction, including
    telephone canvassing and social media

  • Contacting candidates with desired skills and discussing current
    searches that we are running on behalf of our clients

  • Maintaining a strong relationship with the candidates you meet, ensuring
    their availability is always kept up to date and tracked

  • Identifying market trends by speaking to candidates and sharing this
    knowledge with the team

  • Ensuring regular contact with your team members by providing feedback
    and communication
To be successful in this role you will need to be naturally personable,
detail oriented and process driven. You will possess a confident manner in
order to approach construction temps with credibility.


Although no previous recruitment experience is necessary, the following
skills or experience would be desired:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Exceptional time management and organisation skills
  • Ability to deliver against tight deadlines
  • Resilient, self-motivated and ability to work autonomously and as part
    of a team

  • A passion and natural ability to build strong relationships with peers
    and candidates alike

  • Knowledge of MS word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Knowledge of social media platforms specifically related to business-use
  • Well presented with strong business acumen


On Offer

Salary package (dependent
on experience, location and skill set)

  • Basic £18,000.00 – £23,000.00 Junior / Trainee
  • Experienced – £25,000.00 – £30,000.00
  • OTE £30,000.00 – £45,000.00 (DoE)
  • Commission based on candidates sourced / jobs filled for team
  • Mobile phone
