We are looking to appoint a Recruitment Resourcer who will work alongside a small team of recruiters and be responsible for candidate generation for 2 experienced consultants. You will be sourcing temporary and permanent candidates to work within the Building Services industry:

  • Mechanical Design Engineers
  • Electrical Design Engineers
  • Project Managers
  • CAD Technicians
  • BIM Coordinators
  • Facilities Managers
  • Estates Managers

 

Requirements

We are looking to speak with prospective candidates who want to take their first steps into a career in recruitment or experienced recruiters who have found themselves either out of work due to the Coronavirus or want to work in a different sector.

This role is essentially doing one part of the role – finding candidates for vacancies. In time your role will lead into a full recruitment consultant role once you have proven your ability to succeed at finding great candidates. Full training and support is given in this role.

 

Key Tasks:

> Sourcing candidates via internal database, referrals, job sites, LinkedIn, industry news/publications

> Checking candidate’s eligibility to work in the UK

> Contacting candidates on the phone, via email, via text and social platforms

> Create and optimise job adverts for job boards

> Post client vacancies

> Filter incoming applications in line with the job criteria/specification

> Work closely with the recruitment consultants to prioritise vacancies

> Record detailed notes against candidate records after every action, using a recruitment specific database

 

Knowledge & Experience:

> Previous experience in a similar role would be beneficial (either as a resourcer or recruitment consultant)

> Some telesales or B2B sales experience

> Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal

> Must be resilient, hard-working and able to work under pressure

> Proven ability to work to deadlines

> Excellent organisational, multitasking and prioritisation skills

> Flexible, proactive and with a can-do attitude

> Stable career history

  • Commission of £250 for each perm placement made as a result of your sourcing
  • Commission of £50 for each temp placement made as a result of your sourcing
