UK REMOTE (With UK & European Travel)

£50,000.00 – £65,000.00 Basic Salary, Double On-Target-Earnings, Car Allowance

 

Are you an experienced Sales Professional with extensive experience of Contact Centre and/or Unified Communication technologies? Do you also have an extensive network within the MSP / VAR space? Do you live in the UK, are you happy to work remotely, and are you willing to travel throughout the UK & Europe?

We’re working with a leading player within the CC & UC space who have been growing at a solid rate over the last 10 years. They are recognised by their peers as leaders within this space, particularly by Cisco, who they work very closely with.

You’ll be joining an organisation that has a very experienced team of engineers, presales and solution architects as well as a sales team made up of account managers and BDMs, all with lots of experience within the Cisco UCCE. Organically growing each year, they had a very strong 2021 and are predicting even greater success within this specialist market in 2022 and beyond.

WHO YOU ARE 

As a minimum, you will have 5 years’ sales experience specifically within the Contact Centre or UC market, with a track-record of success. Your career history to-date will demonstrate progress and the references you provide will further back this up. An outstanding sales professional with excellent account management skills,  your clients (and your peers) appreciate your in-depth knowledge of UCCE, cloud and associated technologies.

RESPONSIBILITES

  • Sales – new business sales & account management
  • Channel Partner Sales Management – accurate pipeline forecasting as well as uncovering new business opportunities
  • Advisory Role – end-user customers and Channel Partners
  • Develop Solutions & Proposals – Work closely with the pre-sales team to
  • Meetings & Demos – conduct customer meetings and demos via face-to-face and video

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • 5+ Years’ Contact Centre and/or Unified Communications sales experience (this is an absolute minimum)
  • New business sales experience – to begin with, this is primarily a new business role so you must be comfortable opening new accounts
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Strong organisational skills showing how to prioritise and execute.
  • Experience and strong understanding of Contact Centre technology & Unified Communications.
  • Ability to create and develop long term relationships
  • Results orientated and target driven
  • Exceptional knowledge of Unified Communications, Cloud services and associated technologies.
  • Proven history of new business acquisition and target achievement.
  • Well-developed account and business development skills.
  • Highly professional demeanor and high levels of self-motivation.
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Ability to deal at all levels of contact and experienced in board level negotiations.

MAJOR BONUS IF…

  • You have Channel Partner sales experience
  • Even better if this is within a CISCO UCCE Channel Partner sales/account management role
