They are now planning on huge growth, through a team of
strategic new business sales professionals and a dedicated account management
team. Led by a highly experienced Head of Sales, the immediate opportunity is to
develop new business enquiries through a hybrid approach – direct and through a
channel partner programme.
Experts in Cisco contact centre, this position would be
ideally suited to an experienced new sales business sales professional who is able
to lead meetings with end-user clients, either as a stand-alone salesperson or
as the channel partner’s specialist.
You will be supported by a highly technical team (including a
pre-sales team), an existing network of channel partners, and some excellent
You will have many years’ experience, interacting with Mid-Market
and Enterprise level clients, coupled with gravitas and technical knowledge of both
contact centre technology and unified communications. Recognising the benefit
of direct sales, you will be a self-starter, with a demonstrable record of
winning large accounts. Additionally, it would be advantageous if you also had
experience of leading a successful channel campaign, along with some personal recognition
from within Cisco itself.
